I began working with Angie and her client the end of November 2023. Angie was selling her client's home in TN due to a job relocation to MD and I was working with them to find a home in PA. The PA market was still competitive so I wanted to see what Angie's plan was to get their TN home sold quickly. She is very knowledgeable of the TN market and had a great plan in place to get the home sold quickly, and it did, with a settlement by end of December.
